David

Starting out as a licensed real estate agent and eventually being elected to council David has served the local community as a councilor, deputy mayor, and mayor during 1997-2000. This was a fundamental period during the Kennet administration that sparked David’s interest in Property and Planning. Qualifying as a Conveyancer in his own right David began our practice in 2001 and was one of the first conveyancers to become Licensed to practice after the introduction of the Conveyancers Act 2006.

Whilst sometimes described as controversial, David has a client-first approach to conveyancing and prides himself in being up to date on the latest changes within the industry.

Outside of work David enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and having the latest in boys’ toys - of late 3 Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

Joanne

An expert in her own right Joanne is a Licensed Conveyancer who brings her unique outlook and can-do attitude to the team. She prides herself in attention to detail and the ability to project manage every aspect of our day-to-day office.

Joanne is one of the few conveyancers still practicing who truly can do it all. Her skills as a conveyancer see her ability to pick up and run with any situation, whilst also managing the office and books, and an extensive property portfolio. After immigrating to Australia from working-class England Joanne has a hard work ethic which she ably applies to our practice much to our own benefit.

Outside of work, Joanne dotes on her granddaughter, mother, and three children who never quite seem to 'leave the nest'. Joanne also enjoys exploring all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer with its abundance of vineyards and fresh produce.

Fiona

Over the years Fiona has proven to be a shining star in the industry, and often sets the mood for our triumphs. In keeping with the times Fiona had specialised her training on contact and compliance with external businesses and regulatory bodies. Of late she exclusively manages our Duties Online complex lodgements and assessments.

Fiona has great ambitions and always strives to excel and we look forward to her intuitive team meetings that prove to be a focus point for the week and bring an extra dose of enthusiasm to our day.

Fiona describes herself as being a friendly and out going, with a deep love of pizza a the snow.

Sue

With over ten years of experience in both conveyancing and, commercial property Sue is a perfect addition to our team. Being a truly robust team member Sue assists in many roles including as our client experience and intake officer, and a PA to David.

Outside of the office, Sue is heavily devoted to her family and community and is aptly knicked named ‘can do sue’ due to her willingness to help out.

Sue describes herself as being a homebody that enjoys cooking and spending a quiet night in with her daughter and catching up on Netflix releases.

Hayley

Our most energetic team member may be half the size but is an integral part of our postal & delivery department. We often ask our selves what we use to do before Hayley introduced her revolutionary mail stamping system, sprawling over four workstations and three stationary draws,

Hayley's passion for personal development sees her in the office on a part time basis, and expects to complete her training by 2035
