Please use the form below to provide the details of the purchaser's building or pest inspection request and any supporting report, photographs or correspondence.
Providing the relevant information at the outset helps us put the request to our vendor client without unnecessary emails backwards and forwards.
This form can be used to request:
- additional time under a building or pest inspection condition;
- consideration of an issue identified in an inspection report;
- rectification of an identified item;
- further access or information relating to an inspection;
- a proposed adjustment or other commercial resolution; or
- another request arising from a building or pest inspection.
Important
Submission or receipt of this form does not extend, vary, waive, satisfy or terminate any provision of the Contract of Sale.
The existing building or pest condition, all contractual dates and all other obligations continue to apply unless Victorian Property Settlements confirms in writing, on the vendor's instructions, that a requested variation has been accepted.
This form is provided for requests to be referred to the vendor. It should not be treated as a notice of termination, rescission, default or other formal exercise of a contractual right.
