Contract Request Centre
For purchaser conveyancers, solicitors and authorised representatives dealing with a Contract of Sale where Victorian Property Settlements acts for the vendor.
What do you need the vendor to consider?
Select the request below that best describes what you need.
Each form is designed to collect the information we need to review the request, obtain our vendor client's instructions and respond to you in writing.
Submitting a request does not change the Contract
Submission or receipt of a form does not extend a contractual date, approve a nomination, grant access, postpone settlement, authorise a deduction, vary a condition or otherwise alter the Contract of Sale. The existing Contract continues to apply unless Victorian Property Settlements confirms the vendor's agreement in writing.

How the Request Centre works
Submit the request
Select the appropriate form and provide the information and supporting documents relevant to the request.
We obtain instructions
We review the request and obtain instructions from our vendor client where required.
We respond in writing
If the vendor agrees, the agreement or variation will be confirmed to the purchaser's representative in writing.
Is the matter urgent?
If a contractual date expires today, has already expired, settlement is imminent or an immediate response is required, submit the appropriate form first and then contact our office on 03 9783 0111.
Do not assume that submission of a form or receipt of an automated acknowledgement means that the vendor has agreed to the request.
A purported notice of default, rescission, termination or other formal exercise of contractual rights should not be submitted through these request forms. Any formal notice required by the Contract should be served separately in the appropriate manner.
For purchaser representatives
The Contract Request Centre is intended to make requests easier to process and reduce unnecessary correspondence by ensuring we receive the information needed to put the request to our vendor client.
Victorian Property Settlements acts for the vendor in the transaction. We do not act for the purchaser, purchaser's representative or proposed nominee.
Each purchaser and purchaser representative remains responsible for complying with the Contract, applicable dates and any formal notice requirements.
