For purchasers, conveyancers and solicitors requesting that the vendor consider a change to another term of the Contract of Sale.

Use this form where the purchaser is asking the vendor to agree to a variation that is not dealt with by one of our specific request forms.
Please identify the existing Contract term and clearly state the replacement wording, arrangement or outcome being proposed.
This form can be used for requests concerning:
- special conditions;
- general conditions;
- deposit arrangements;
- contractual dates other than the settlement date;
- inclusions, exclusions or chattels;
- agreed works or rectification;
- occupation or possession arrangements;
- adjustments or other financial arrangements; or
- another proposed change to the Contract.
Important
Submission or receipt of this form does not vary, amend, waive or replace any term of the Contract of Sale.
The existing Contract continues to apply unless Victorian Property Settlements confirms in writing, on the vendor's instructions, that the proposed variation has been accepted.
Please be specific
A request such as “please amend the condition” may not give the vendor enough information to make a decision. Please state what the existing term says, what the purchaser wants changed and exactly what the purchaser proposes should apply instead.
