Use this form where none of our specific request forms properly covers the issue or proposal you need to put to the vendor.

Please explain the request clearly, identify the relevant Contract provision where possible and state exactly what outcome the purchaser is seeking.

Before using this form

If your request falls into one of the following categories, please use the dedicated form instead:

finance condition extension;
building or pest condition;
nomination;
change of settlement date;
variation to another Contract term;
property access or early possession; or
pre-settlement issue or rectification.

Submitting this form does not change the Contract

Submission or receipt of this request does not extend a contractual date, vary or waive a condition, approve a deduction, grant access, postpone settlement or otherwise alter the Contract of Sale.

The existing Contract and all contractual dates and obligations continue to apply unless Victorian Property Settlements confirms the vendor's agreement in writing.

This form is not a substitute for any formal notice required to be given under the Contract.
