1. Promoter
The promoter is Victorian Property Settlements.
2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences on 17 August 2026 and closes for new referrals at 5:00 pm on 1 February 2027.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to eligible Victorian real estate agents and agents' representatives who are authorised to participate and satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
4. How an Entry is Earned
One entry is earned for each eligible client referral received by Victorian Property Settlements during the promotional period where the referred conveyancing matter proceeds to settlement by 28 February 2027.
A referral does not become a valid entry until the referred transaction has settled.
There is no limit on the number of valid entries an eligible participant may receive.
5. Major Prize
The major prize is an AREC27 Gold Coast Experience for Two with a total maximum value of up to $10,000.
- Two AREC27 conference tickets.
- Return economy airfares for two to the Gold Coast.
- Five nights' accommodation for two at ULTIQA Freshwater Point Resort.
- Airport transfers.
- $1,000.00 spending money.
6. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place at 12:00 pm on 3 March 2027 at Victorian Property Settlements.
The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified in writing using the contact details held by Victorian Property Settlements.
The winner's name will be published as required under the applicable Victorian trade promotion requirements.
8. Prize Conditions
The prize is subject to conference, airline and accommodation availability.
Where a particular component becomes unavailable, Victorian Property Settlements may substitute a reasonably equivalent component subject to applicable requirements.
9. AREC27
AREC is operated independently of Victorian Property Settlements. Reference to AREC in this promotion does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation by the conference organiser unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Referral Disclosure
Participation in this promotion does not require a referred client to appoint Victorian Property Settlements.
Where appropriate, referred clients will be informed that their referring agent may receive an entry into this promotion if their eligible conveyancing matter proceeds to settlement.
